The applicant Winney Daugherity is a first cousin of mine her father and my mother were full brother and sister, her father's name was John a son of Old Daniel Love and Old Daniel Love was a full blooded Scotchman and his wife, (grandmother of mine) was a full blooded Cherokeee Indian.
