1884 by W. P. Shirley, the above Edward and Eliz. Shirley are
the parents of this Edwin (Edward) born about 1809 England
married Sophia Pike on 19 September 1831 in Thurnham
Kent; dau of George Pike and Jane Pearce of Chart Sutton Kent;
She died 7 Oct 1881 Schoolcraft, Kalamazoo
